Chef Chris Her and owner Eddie Wu have made some burger magic in this dark, comfortable space. The bulgogi burger has a very slight Korean flavor — what mostly comes through is the delicious Peterson beef, topped simply with American cheese, aioli, romaine and caramelized onion and nestled into a squishy brioche bun. The spicy Korean burger is for the more adventurous am...Vikings at Packers: What to know ahead of Week 8 matchup

Viking safety Cam Bynum was an undersized kid growing up in Southern California when he first met longtime trainer Anthony Brown.Though he had the burning desire to be great, Bynum’s stature didn’t exactly scream varsity football player at the time, let alone somebody who could make it to the NFL.“He was really, really small,” Brown said. “His knee pads were dang near down to his shins and he’s over here talking like, ‘I’m going to the NFL.’ All he had was the belief. Nothing else.”That was enough for Bynum. He slowly made a name for himself at Centennial High School, earned a football scholarship to the University of California, Berkeley, and got drafted by the Vikings in the middle of the pandemic.Nowadays, Bynum is an unquestioned starter for the Vikings, and recently was named NFC Defensive Player of the Week. His response to winning the award showcased the mentality that has helped him rise up the ranks. He expressed h...10 destination burgers worth the drive

A big bad ball of beef, topped with raw onions, is smashed directly into the flat top and hit with seasoning, letting everything commingle as it cooks.
