The Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 39 points, or 0.1%, with less than an hour remaining in trading, and the Nasdaq composite was 0.4% lower.Financial markets have been shaky in recent weeks due to worries about war in the Middle East and its potential impact on oil prices.
